We are still open for business and are operating a reduction in delivery vehicles and staff, but we aim to get our orders out as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to high order volumes so orders may take slightly longer to fulfil due to stock levels or delivery capacity. It may also take slightly longer to respond back to any queries. At present we can now only accept orders and payments online via our website. The ordering system will not be effected and will allow you to place orders as normal. Once we have received confirmation of an exact delivery date for your order we will be in touch.
Our showroom is currently closed to the public and we are unable to offer a collection service.
We are now processing sample requests and these are generally arriving with customers within 2-5 working days although please allow up to 10 working days for these to arrive as Royal Mail are extremely busy.
For the duration of the national lockdown we will not be operating on Saturdays and therefore will only be contactable Monday-Friday. We are also experiencing an extremely high volume of calls.
